QQ speaks of Red October and Kavanaugh's confirmation, which will be followed by DECLAS and [RR]'s removal. The link is to an article on Senator Flake's decision to withold his vote contingent on an FBI investigation, which led to two other R Senators doing the same and making the FBI investigation obligatory.
Q highlights that Flake spoke to [RR] before he made this move. He then goes on to define treason, sedition, and the line of questioning that Senator Graham asked Kavanaugh at his hearing (military vs civilian law). Q seems upset with [RR] and he jots down the suicide hotline phone number just in case [RR] or any other of his derp cronies get antsy. Q is such a card.
There was some discussion on the stray "R" and "D" over the initial "Red October" phrase. They had been above and below the "E" in "Red", spelling out "Red" in a downward crossword puzzle style. However, as time passed, StevenW pointed out that the upper "R" shifted to the left and "broke the cross". Was that the message? Is the Red Cross soon to be "broken"?
Some had speculated that the configuration initially represented the "RED CROSS".
