The last Flynn postponement was for final sentencing days before Christmas. Bagster, with infinite wisdom, and guidance from “Q”, of course, lol, believes POTUS will pardon shortly thereafter. So it shall be. :)

Given that the 302s were altered, it should be thrown out and no need for pardon. He should not have the stain of a conviction.
