I think the particular relevancy here is that she's proffered a polygraph as proof of her "credibility" - answers to questions getting to the veracity of the polygraph that she then lied about are inevitably material, then, IMO. Shame. LOL There was a great meme the other day - showing prosecutor asking her questions in hearing and said something like, "my face when you're asking for an F-I investigation and you don't know it's already started".

I appreciate your research on the subject. LOAC has only three categories of 'war participants' Lawful, Unlawful and Non combatants. Lawful are principally distinguished by a gov't sanction, chain of command, uniforms etc. Fight right and you have immunity for warlike acts except for LOAC violations.

Hamdi's hearing was conducted to determine his status IAW LOAC.

It will be interesting to see how it plays out, I personally dislike the idea of one who disregards the Constitution while committing acts but tries to hide behind the document when called to account. For the foreigners in this war, no reason to bring them to trial since they are all (but a few) unlawful combatants. The gov'ts involved will likely cut 'officials' loose and disavow any knowledge of their actions. Perhaps for those players, their own gov't will exact the toll to satisfy the US public desire for vengeance.

The scenario where PDJT is akin to Cincinnatus is disagreeable as well since I'd like to have him for all 8 years.
