I agree Bagster. The Statue of Limitations is only relevant if you assume that Judge Kavanaugh actually committed the acts alleged by Dr. Ford.

The burden of proof remains with the accuser and so far she has provided nothing that would enable an investigation. To the contrary, those she alleges were present have provided sworn statements that they have no knowledge of any of what was alleged.
