First paragraph of MD reply : to do anything, the victim must file a report. We don’t investigate by proxy.

That’s right. First thing they ask you. About anything, like the insurance and a car wreck. Did you file a police report? No? Then go file the police report then call me back. Can’t do anything without a police report. I don’t care if it’s 36 years ago, go down and swear it out.
