True that! Had to explain to the boys at work again:
1. The Constitution is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow!

They said it should be a living document because times change!
2. The Constitution explains very clearly how the congress, the states, the people may see it amended!
A. They said that was too hard.... I said “Waaaahhhhh!”

I explained that true Americans believe that the Government that governs least governs best - this is true liberty, the freedom to succeed or fail!
3. They said that wasn’t fair..... I once again said “Waaaaahhhh!”

These boys are blue pilled atheists. Tough crowd. They told me my religion was based on ignorance and that it was simply one group lording it over another. When I asked them why they thought a society built on an absolute set of morals given by an Almighty Creator was a bad thing they countered that it was not scientific and did not come from the best and brightest thinkers.

I then countered with Ok, let me then accept your premise that there is no God, that all exists through chance and that evolution exists again through random chance through molecular interaction. I then asked them since we all now are in agreement that all thought is random brain synapses and cannot be made of cognizant thought ( all is chance) why does it matter if Kavenaugh is on the SC? Without moral absolutes, there are no rules at all, we are each free to choose our own reality, yet even that is not true since our reality would only be a stray electron hitting a brain cell!

They then pointed out by my premise we would be left with Anarchy! I said Duh! But you may not have it both ways. Either all is cosmic blowing in the wind and things like love, hate, justice, good, evil dont exist or there is a “Lawgiver” that places in each of us the knowledge of what is inherently good or evil, pleasing or reprehensible, and the ability to know all of the emotions that are common to humankind.

They said that was not fair, i replied that is true (if truth exists) but you must choose one or the other. You may not mix and match at your whim to fool yourself into believing you may live a life free from responsibility before man and God ( if God exists). If there is no God (their premise) then all is random chance and you have no right to object to anything at all since any random thought or act of mine may be the next rung on the evolutionary ladder and who are you in your scattered electrons to judge me?

Never doubt we are winning! Bigly! WWG1WGA! MAGA!

Way to go, bro!

I actually am impressed by atheists with morals. They must get them by osmosis. Or maybe it’s what all the cool kids are doing. I also notice that they tend to be able to rationalize doing anything they want to do.
