Kate Snow just said of MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle: "I noticed you, I mean, people couldn't see you Stephanie, but you were holding back tears trying to read that [the Swetnick declaration.]
Is this the kind of objectivity and reserve we expect from news hosts?

We're standing on the line where the Federal courts become illegitimate.
Merrick Garland should have put a stop to this circus, but he didn't, and hasn't.
If Kavanaugh is not confirmed, the court where he works has no more credibility, and its rulings are just despotical edicts enforced by gunthugs.
Merrick Garland is the chief judge of that court, the DC Court of Appeals, the second highest court in the country.
