That’s obviously true if you are consuming RAW dairy products, but I doubt that there can be any benefit from anything pasteurized.
The probiotic effect alone for RAW dairy will obviously prolong life.

The saturated fats are where most of the benefits will come from!
Saturated fats are our natural source of energy, and food for our brain and nervous system.

Best info out there is a youtube Dr. Whitcomb speaking to the Wisconsin dairy industry. Lots of science and almost an hour long but worth it.

Have you tried Fairlife? Insanely good. Im a true dairyholic Wisconsinite, the stinkier the cheese and the fresher the butter the better. Im ashamed to admit that my favorite milk is from Indiana. Im not even lactose intolerant, I just wanted to cut the carbs, the texture and flavor were an unexpected bonus.
Have read many testimonials that thought they were lactose intolerant. Most people don’t actually get tested. But some of them are A1 intolerant.
High carb diets damages arteries. Cholesterol does what its supposed to, fix-a-flats the damage. This presently leads to calcification because the present diet,government dietary directives, and production methods reduces the k2 intake. By including higher k2 sources, even those with higher calcium content, the calcification doesnt occur.
Government has plenty of reasons to lie to you about your health. Dont buy their fat, carb, or calorie lies and youll be better off.
{{You are an idiot!}}
...but a healthy (and happy???) idiot

I hope that photo has been ‘augmented!’

This is all FOOD PORN! And I love it!
Yup. A knife straight through the heart of both the Keto & Blue Zone fads, both of which proffer elimination or significant reduction of dairy.
Nutritionists don’t know a damned thing about nutrition and ‘diets’ are often just another path to disease.
Greetings from a fellow Wisconsinite! Love everything dairy - born & raised on milk, butter (remember when colored margarine wS illegal in Wisconsin?), cheese, yogurt, etc. I grew up drinking milk with every meal!
