Here in Louisiana, divorce records CANNOT be sealed, unless significant children’s issues are involved.

I remember that allegation at the time, but I seem to remember it was just another newspaper smear - sort of like the ones going on now - just from Obummer rather than the current (D) pu**y brigade.

Cannot STAND the guy, but unsealing divorce records? No. If he was physically abusive to his ex-wife, there are probably people who knew about it. Talk to them, instead.
well stay out of california where most all is open record but where minors are involved.
Likewise here in California, absent a “compelling public interest.” Sealing orders in divorce action are rarely sought and extremely rarely granted. And.... um... that you’re a public figure who would rather not have you dirty laundry Aires is not a proper basis.
