Simple explanation is she could have just made the opening sentence of that paragraph in a larger font when she typed the letter.
Are there other discrepancies? I’m no expert in this. Where’s Buckhead when we need him?

Font size is larger for the one line (note the additional "leading" space beneath the line, automatically added by the word processing app.
A common technique
like
using italics or
boldface type or even
bold italics or even typing in ALL-CAPS to emphasize a point.
Big deal. NOT.

That line is larger yes, but if you look down the next line is squashed. This was an artifact of faulty scanning/faxing whatever.
I’m in publishing, and you can easily tell two fonts apart if you know what to look for. That line is the same font as the rest, it’s just been stretched.

Feinstein says the media outted this woman. Nonsense. If the media has the story, then she’s already been outted. It’s the person who gave the story to the media who outted her... ie. Feinstein.

I thought she sent the letter to her congresswoman, Eshoo, and that Eshoo sent it on to DiFi. If she sent it direct to DiFi it is considered made under oath, as DiFi is a sitting member of the committee hearing Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation.
