Interesting that she seems to “know” that Judge felt uncomfortable seeing her in Safeway. How would she know how he felt?
Early 1980’s? Could that be about a 3-4 year span?
Did they herd her into the bedroom, then run downstairs and turn up the stereo?
“tried to disrobe” seems to not be specific about what he was allegedly doing with her clothes. Hopefully someone will ask her to detail that part of her charge.
I thought she sent the letter to her congresswoman, Eshoo, and that Eshoo sent it on to DiFi. If she sent it direct to DiFi it is considered made under oath, as DiFi is a sitting member of the committee hearing Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation.
She must have driven across the country in three days time after her vacation in the mid-Atlantic, since she’s reportedly afraid of flying. Is she on the road right now headed to Washington?

Did she fly to her vacay in the Mid-Atlantic and fly back to CA? Someone needs to check the airlines for those dates.
I think it refers to an inner strength or inner courage. It is an old word that really isn't used anymore.

I just know fonts enough to think that this is not a valid criticism of the letter.

I’ve heard of and seen nettles before. I was just asking more about the site before I clicked it, rather than a definition. i hadn’t noticed that site before so I was curious if it was legit

I know we’ve discussed the font thing quite a bit, but how did she get to the Atlantic where she was vacationing??? And how did she get home???
Shut down this charade. Have the vote, and to hell with their “demands”. They have NEVER negotiated in good faith, and do not deserve the consideration a legitimate adult organization would receive. Feinstein seems to want to end her career with this kind of filth. The stain is permanent and indelible.

There are numerous problems with the letter, not just the font.
It looks to me like whatever was on that line originally (another name?) was deleted and Kavanaugh’s name pasted in.
The fact that DiFi is releasing this tells me that Ford is not gonna testify.
