I’d just like to put in a reminder that the good guys will win at the end of this movie. The very definition of the movie scene we currently see is provided by Judge Robert Bork. Your reference to William Wallace was well placed tho. Even tho Bork was borked and Wallace was walloped FREEDOM is winning. With Judge Bork the rats showed their playbook. All of us should know by now that this is how the leftist rats fight. I know Donald J. Trump knows it and he has a plan to overcome it.
Our past evidence of Grassley is that he’s a good man. No reason to think he’s turned to the dark side. Let’s stay the course, have faith and pop more corn. And remember, for most of us this Faith thing isn’t about our fellow man; it’s about how Faithful our God is to answer our prayers for our nation. I don’t disagree with this view. Grassley comes down on the right side of issues we care about, including human trafficking, immigration, and the DS coup. I’m just not convinced he’s capable of putting out this dumpster fire in his committee or delivering Kavanaugh to a winning confirmation vote. So, while I respect Grassley, I can’t place unreserved TRUST in his ability to counter-punch against this vile attack on Kavanaugh.

I have no doubt that God answers prayer, but does so in His time and according to His will, not ours. In the interim, his children suffer the injustice and persecution at the hands of Satan, sometimes for their entire life and/or many generations (think of the Jews). As much as I want to be obedient and pray for God to smite these evildoers, I don’t make a very good Job. It just isn’t in me to sit in a dark corner, pick my scabs, and plead for understanding or deliverance until my last breath. God will deal with my shortcomings in due time. Until then, with much prayer, I’ll make my own decisions on who to trust and on what hill I’m willing to die. Wobbly has nothing to do with it.
