Red corn is not a hybrid (very few heritage seeds left). It is available through Heritage seed catalogs.
IMO it’s the hybridization of our grains that have created many health issues. If you’ve had cancer or an immune disorder you might want to grow some.

You are exactly right, imo. Get some heritage flour from Israel (which is where it is available) and make your own bread. If you are a yogurt eater, make your own from whole milk. It is very, very easy. Avoid gluten and sugars. Get your food back to the basics as much as possible.
IMO, based on my research, cancer is an auto-immune disease. Keep your immune system healthy and your body can fight the diseases before they even start.
