And that "pre-biased" notion is silly. If it were that easy to taint a judicial nominee for future cases simply by making accusations in a certain area of law, political hacks would make dozens of accusations against one nominee that involve all conceivable areas of law that may come under future consideration by the court.
I’m not saying he should recuse...just that the libs will pitch a fit every time a case like that comes up.
