The scriptwriters would be tarred and feathered.Also, the first time Lucy made fun of Ricky's accent, all hell would break loose. The network would issue an apology, half of the writers would be fired, and the other half ordered to attend sensitivity training. The show might even be cancelled. It wouldn't matter that Desi Arnaz was the executive producer, and approved all of the scripts.
