If he’s the ex he probably already is. Likely why he called the cops on her. Also if he gave her the phone he’s probably paying the bill, so it is his phone. Maybe he gave it to her so he could talk to her without going through the mom. Maybe that’s why she took it away? Could be a lot more to the story than we’re hearing.
I wonder if she will SWAT him.
The father of my grandsons pressed charges against my daughter for slapping him ONCE. She wasn’t allowed to turn herself in either - thankfully, the cops waited for us to get there to take the boys to “breakfast” so they wouldn’t see their mom in handcuffs. (oh, how many cops DON’T wear their nameplates on duty?)
This case came “off the shelf” incredibly fast due to the complainant being a former cop.
Finally dismissed after 2nd lawyer made it clear that my daughter was abused by the “system”. STILL waiting until it’s time to have this expunged.
This abuse by the system cost her $7500 and a day in JAIL.
