Crazy story.
She was NOT Arrested, she Was Kidnapped at Gunpoint and held against her will and forced to pay a ransom, her Ex Husband and the DA Conspired together to Commit this Heinous Act and they BOTH Belong in Jail for a Very Very long time. I would give the arresting officer 1 year and immediate termination just for being Stupid enough to follow the DA’s order

False arrest. Kidnapping.
If he’s the ex he probably already is. Likely why he called the cops on her. Also if he gave her the phone he’s probably paying the bill, so it is his phone. Maybe he gave it to her so he could talk to her without going through the mom. Maybe that’s why she took it away? Could be a lot more to the story than we’re hearing.
Which one? The 16 year old’s dad, or the new baby daddy? Where was he while this was happening?
I suspect there’s more to the story than we’re reading.

DFU still posts here. He called in to George’s show a lot. Recited his limericks about the Clintons. One day I was listening when he mentioned FreeRepublic. That was in 98 or 99 and I’ve been hooked ever since. Lurked for years.

George was the best. I was in studio with him three or four times during the Clinton years. For decades, he was all over the illegal alien issue. Not enough people listened.
