Great idea, lousy implementation. The problem: humans, they have no common sense how to use, where to ride, nor where to leave these things. Bird, and Green Line never factored that into their business plan.
Their app plainly marks this area as a no-go zone.
If I were them, I would charge a $50 retrieval fee......
