Kavanaugh has nothing to testify about. Ford hasn’t even made an allegation against him that meets any legal standard. She has to testify for the record so he has something he can actually respond to. Otherwise, he would testify first and then she could just say: “Oh, I made that all up.”
Yeah Ive never heard the defense going first LOL..also one of the prick’s demands is that Kavanaugh’s lawyer CANNOT question her, only the Senate committee..which means the Senate Dems will give her pets and softball questions..she knows it will be a piece of cake
