Most likely not there. Most of those warehouses are distribution centers for national companies. Clorox, Armstrong, Rite Aid are all in that area. Also some air filter company.

The Perryman Gardens Apartments might as well have a police station built in. A large percentage of violent drug crime in Aberdeen is done there. Its directly across the street from Rite Aid warehouse.
