A meme slips past the filters because it is a picture and not text and most filters work exclusively on text. What q is saying is that non-nsa... Facebook , Twitter , et al ... still have not figured how to filter (block) memes.

If you follow Q, you already have a waft of knowledge in the air that FB, Twitter, Google are squeezing conservatives out, using technology and biased algorithms to shut us up.
Memes, somehow, can not be recognized by that technology and therefore Q and his intrigued followers are able to carry on getting the message of the Leftist institutional corruption and the frame up of a president out into American mainstream internet and media, whether they like it or not, and it can not be silenced, banned or stopped.
Because it is manifest genius, that Q out maneuvered the evil silencing forces, it is laughable that because some one doesn’t keep up, or can’t keep up for whatever reason, drops in to fretfully question that maybe “we are stupid”, but since we are in an informational war to keep freedom, it’s not laughable.
