They are all linked, manipulate one properly and you can manipulate others.
I have no doubt there is a way to manipulate electricity and gravity to alter the effect of gravity to “defeat the tyranny” of the rocket equation.
The biggest atrocity after the soviet union fell was the continued secrecy of things developed during the cold war that could lead to a boom in technology and standards of living for the average human and the continued existence of humanity in general.
