I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that if something like this really did happen, she was highly intoxicated herself.
How does she remember all these supposed details but not where the house was in Montgomery County?? Its a wealthy area (most of it), there are numerous country clubs - did she grow up there? how did she get to this house party? did someone drive her there or did she fly? can she identify anyone else at the party? did she tell contemporaries? I suspect that while the witch’s memory is so sharp as to his supposed “wrongdoing”, its quite hazy on everything else.
So she was bonged on the head and has amnesia about crucial details.
Most people can’t remember what they had for breakfast yesterday, never mind being raped over forty years ago.
And even if all it is true, so what? The statue of limitations on filing criminal charges has expired and there is no evidence Kavanaugh committed s crime, apart from her word.
Its a little late to complain Kavanaugh derailed her life - she had plenty of opportunities to come forward over the decades but never did.
I was at many many parties in my high school days where parents were on vacation (or were there.) I don't remember EVERYTHING that happened (I just mean - nobody remembers everything, not that I was a blackout drinker,) but for anything that I DO remember happened, I remember whose house, where it was, and who was there.
For anything dramatic that happened (first sex, big break ups, other teenage dramatic stuff) ... well the more dramatic, the even-more clear the memories are. I can place myself in rooms, halls, kitchens, yards .... who was there that was significant to whatever drama or great fun it was.
Either she's lying, or has too bad a memory to be a clinical psychologist, or she was such a drunk/drugged/tramp wild girl that these parties were 104 time a year or more, supporting the notion that this is a fabrication.

I can drive you right to every location I ever visited in my youth and tell you everything that happened accurately, with no problem of “not recalling” whether parents were present and whose house it was or whatever. Seems to me she was quite the party animal, and what she does remember is highly suspect.
Her memory of this might just have been wishful thinking.
