I have been staying tuned to the ongoing reports of storm conditions and various "proactive, positive" rescue & recovery activity going on in hard hit North & South Carolina in the areas devastated by "Hurricane, Florence".
The storm of course is still quite active and will be for a few more days....but the instant reaction, and swift actions of Police, Firemen, EMTs, AMTs, the USA Coast Guard, the Cajun Navy volunteers, the Red Cross, Samaritans Purse, the actions by the hundreds of people and organizations of all kinds from all over this country, doctors, nurses, and just terrific volunteer USA citizens that have flocked into NC/SC to help aid and protect their fellow American citizens.
I just want to say Thank You & ask our Lord, God Almighty...to bless everyone of you and keep you all safe and sound!!! America appreciates you all, everyone of you!!!
There was one group of Lads & Ladies I missed....in my “pat-on-the-back” to Hurricane, Florence, They are the workers and repair folks of the Electric Power Supply Companies.
These terrific folks, gals & guys are not only from the local electric power supply companies, but, they have come from companies all over and throughout the USA to assist in power restoration in NC/SC
And...they are out there working as we speak, bad weather conditions and all. Hats off to all of these hard working great, dedicated folks
An excellent post, Fox .. many dittos from this desk as well !
Thanks and prayers for all involved in the rescue and restoration efforts. This is what makes America great, folks just like these!
I work for an ems provider which responded to the request for 300+ personnel from FEMA. They were mobilized before the storm made landfall, along with countless other agencies. If these folks get any sleep its on folding cots in a warehouse surrounded by gear, ambulances, and crews working. But those who go, go eagerly.
How about the military? I thought I saw some big trucks in some video.
I saw a convoy of trucks the other day headed toward the storm from the Louisville Water Rescue Department. They had 8-10 of those inflatable boats with outboard motors as well as other equipment. I'm guessing there's plenty of use for them.
And FU to the kneelers who won’t honor them.
You know who is being rescued...poor African-Americans “Obama” lovers” who can’t just pack their stuff and head to a motel or hotel or even relatives. Why? They live in the poverty Obama kept them in during his eight years in office as POTUS (Economic Slaves). They have no money, no purpose, no opportunities, no freedom, no nothing...and yet they adore this low life Obama like he was a King...Go figure. Not-Too-Bright!!!
The really good news is that many American Blacks have figured it out and,,,,they now believe Trump ain’t the bad guy, Obama and his Democrats are!!!
Right...these folks do amazing work.
The press will compare this to Maria and try to spin it into a racial issue.
