THIS IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
IF you refuse to leave, you will be arrested & prosecuted & fined.
Also- NO public rescue person will help you. We won’t sacrifice a trained rescue person to save your sorry, stupid ass.
You are turning yourselves into YOYO time.

This is supposed to be a free Country. You think they should be arrested for not evacuating? I do agree the state should go in and rescue the children and keep them safe until after the storm but if someone wants to ride it out even unto the point of death, they have that right. Just no emergency services to rescue during the storm.
It’s not worth the lives of rescuers to pull “hold my beer” losers from a hurricane that they chose not to escape.
