But “Once they are arrested” doesn’t seem to be happening, does it?

It’s taken 60 years to get to this point...the corruption has been going on for a long time and you are impatient that things aren’t moving along fast enough for you?? Well, Rome didn’t fall in a day and it is taking a lot of effort to clean up the corrupt FBI, DoJ and the State Department. Either be patient or not. Your choice but please stop the whining.
Mueller, the FBI, and Democrats use “Vexatious litigation” as part of his strategy. The punishment is the process. It may end up being used on them.
