The Metropolitan Police Department captured video footage of scores of individuals who were driving illegal minibikes, dirt bikes and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) in multiple locations throughout the District of Columbia. The MPD is seeking the public's assistance in identifying these persons of interest.

Funny. Just last week I had two dirt bikes pass me in NYC. I don’t remember ever seeing them in the streets. Was there a sale on these things that I missed? :)

Saw a bunch of these guys in JAX recently on I-95...they swarmed onto the interstate and then off (into a bad neighborhood) just as quickly.
Same thing in New Haven. Amazing how they can afford the contraptions having never worked for a paycheck in their lives.

It’s happening in New Orleans too. There’s one spot on the interstate in New Orleans that goes real high, in fact it’s called the High Rise, and they drive these vehicles recklessly on the High Rise. Seems like the police are letting them do it so I’ve heard.
