Interviews were conducted in English and Spanish. Among the entire sample, 34% described themselves as Democrats, 25% described themselves as Republicans, and 40% described themselves as independents or members of another party.
Funny how the delta in R to D mirrors the results
Look on Page 13 for the sample breakdown
D = 34
R = 25
I = 40
Hillary’s up by 50 points!!!
President Hillary Clinton today praised the unbiased accuracy of CNN’s polling.
Thanks for keeping our side energized, CNN!
We have a GOP POTUS and both chambers of congress and yet Fake News weights their BS poll a combined 74 to 25 against the party in power.
The inflated number of independents also cannot help by skew these phony results.
Hillary proved that nationwide media polls are meaningless. This poll, with a small sample size skewed to democrats, is even more meaningless than most.
There are 435 congressional districts. If you want a poll that may have any predictive value, then start by polling voters in every single district.
Hillary’s up 50 points? She’s a shoo-in......ROTFLOL.
Is it too difficult, too time consuming, to.poll in individual Congressional districts?
And is that why the feed us the generic Congressional polls?
You rarely see polls of individual Congressional districts.
The last Gallup poll on party affiliation in August gave Republicans a 28-27% advantage with 43% choosing independent

I need to find that animated .gif with the Hillary supporters peeking out from behind the curtains at the small crowd. I can’t remember what name I put on it.
look at how dems are acting. Do they act like they are going to win this November with all of their hysteria? I think not... People/parties don’t act shrill right before an election if they are going to win big... see 1994, 2006 2010 and 2014.
Keep wishing CNN!

“There is a 99% change of Dems taking over Congress”
“The GOP will never win in Congress, you can take that to the bank”
“No freaking way! will the GOP win!”
“This race is all but over for the GOP”
Where did we hear all this before...?
I remember a HRC campaign stop at a middle school gym and they had to draw the curtains across about half of the gym to make the crowd look bigger.
A CNN poll isn’t even worth glancing at.
Awesome!
Is there a list of therapists that we can all see so we can all cope with this outcome?

correct. not only are national polls like this completely meaningless, but one doesn’t even have to poll all 435 CDs: there’s only a few dozen that are actually in play and could swing ... THOSE are the only ones that matter ...
