I interpret it as saying that through use of backchannel surveillance (primarily from the UK and Australia) and insertion of 3 spies into the Trump campaign (which I think refers to Papadopoulos et al. who were the basis for FISA warrants), all of which occurred under the direction of Brennan and DNI Clapper, they obtained intelligence that they passed on to the President through his Presidential Daily Briefing as well as through live streaming to Hussein in the White House via the Situation room, not the Oval Office.

In other words, Obama could wander down to the situation room and see what Trump was doing as it was happening. I would speculate that they had someone monitoring all the time, and people could tell Hussein to come on down, something juicy was happening. What’s funny is that they must have become SOOOO frustrated when weeks and months went by and Trump didn’t do anything shady. He really is clean, which is why Mueller and his bulldogs can’t get him on anything.

And here is where Clapper & Brennan made a mistake: The PDB's were vetted and prepped by the "Uregrony" woman (can't recall exact name). She had "eyes on" the surveillance info. They did not button up this wet-ware hole and Trump might have her caged. And when does a bird sing?
