No statute of limitations on those, if I understand correctly.

i was referring to kavanaugh high scool supposed incident

treason difficult to prove historically..
sedition easier but i believe it requires force..

treason war crimes, murder, fraud and enmbezelment no statute of limitations

rebellion or insurrection imo easier to prove
