Not for everyone. It probably means that he just added an article. He has mentioned an issue where his site goes down for a bit every time he adds a new article.
Now I got on (neon revolt), however, his comments about Reddit Great Awakening are gone? At least I could not find them? Saw the cannibalism comment previously, now it is gone?
