The comment is still on his Gab account. Neon was banned from twitter sometime ago. He uses Gab instead which has taken a stand against censorship.
If you go to Neon’s home page and look at the top then you find a link to his Gab account.
Voat was formed to avoid censorship as well. But it seems to be having problems.
