A "morality test" distributed to students at an Ohio high school -- featuring questions on topics like incest and puppy-killing -- has outraged parents and resulted in the teacher's suspension.
Sarah Gillam, a 35-year-old Language Arts instructor at Hilliard Bradley High School, was placed on paid administrative leave pending the results of an internal investigation, the Columbus Dispatch reported.

That’s what it was wayyy backkk when I was in high school. In the same school when my older siblings went, it was called ENGLISH!! Heck - even the same teacher - who would rather have fainted dead away if a topic like this had ever been suggested to her.

That’s funny - the old song - “reading and writing and ‘rithmetic”. I know I’m way older than you are and we called it English before someone changed it to Senior Language Arts.. Somewhere between 1950 and ‘54, the name was changed.

Then there shouldn’t be any PAID ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE - it should be outright firing immediately.
I really don’t recall any school district ever coming out so boldly and saying they shared the parents outrage...Someone has guts in the district!
They called it “English” for a while in the 70s, too.
