The link below, which Q cited in the prior drop (2098) indicates the Emergency Broadcasting System (EBS) test is scheduled for September 20th (check link below for specific times). Since Q linked to it today, it may be guidance to monitor for such a test sooner. (why wait?)

Since any actual use of the EBS system for a non-drill scenario (e.g., civil unrest) will not be scheduled, and Q has reminded us POTUS has declared September National Preparedness month (2053), and Q has asked us to stay the course and trust the plan (2095), I recommend we monitor television/phone services for EBS system tests in a careful manner we can reasonably sustain for the rest of the month. Most of us are used to tuning out EBS tests; it may be necessary to practice attentiveness to make tuning back in to such tests a part of our daily routine(s).
Apart from Q's intended message, I personally want to keep an extra eye on it for the next seven days or so.
