Let me posit a question...
Does that create and maintain an obligation under your oath taken to act differently in the course of your life in regards to your actions, activities, and more directly to defend and protect our country and Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. So if you have an MOS and are part of the conspiracy then you are even moreso an enemy combatant and subject to UCMJ than standard courts..

Its an oath, yes.
Whether you get prosecuted depends. (E.G. are you conservative?)
For instance, if you had a security clearance you are still required treat any classified material as classified even after you leave the service. (Until such time as that material is declassified.)
Some of us signed supplemental agreements with the government which obligate us beyond that of others. Most of mine still have 80+ years left on them.
If you are conspiring against the US government you are already up Schiff Creek without an Ohr.
