Apparently, Benzi did not like what Carter said.
However, I’m not one to belive that a dog would attack his master because he did not like what was being said.
That leaves us with Carter hit or was otherwise abusing the dog.

I’m not going to make any other comment other than to say that a Belgian Malinois is a very high strung and energetic canine, and one really needs to be very skilled in order to handle one.
I’d personally rather stick with my Shepherds, and they can be a handful too.

Many comunities and police departments deem LE canines as 'officers'.
This would be a Cop on Cop shooting and execution of the canine by medical staff.
The LE dog was deprived of his Civil Rights under Color Of Law.

My cousin trains war dogs and bomb sniffing dogs. He trains German Shepherds only. He had worked with Belgian Melanois before and said they will turn on you and bite. He had been bitten numerous times by that that breed while training.
