They seemed to want him to know - very imposing image. I recall thinking at the SOTU the row of generals looked imposing. They weren’t smiling and seemed to be “on duty.”

in looking at that again and again, I do not think there is any there there.
What I see is, from outside of camera view, Huma rushing to Graham. Her fast movement caught the eyes of those people in the line of sight (as it would you and me). No evil eyes.
I take it back.
