There is no question that his experience was negative, but I like one line in particular, "when matched to their aptitudes they can absolutely be an asset to rear echelon units."

God made men and women different (and thank God for women), and uniquely compatible and complimentary, with functional/positional differences. The quest to ignore God's order is from the devil, who seeks to create a world of his perverse corruptions of what God has ordained in His wisdom.

Trump doesn't know, Mattis doesn't care and the brass appear to be actively working to destroy military effectiveness. This administration's handling of thr military has been the most monumental disappointment, worse even than Sessions, IMHO.

101st Airborne opened up to women earlier this year, all the better to start rolling out those maturnity BDUs and x-back ponytail helmets some genius dreamed up. What the army really needs is paratroopers dropping their guts, am I,right? Go army pelvic organ prolapse, Hooah...

Generally, women don’t have the killer instinct that men do. Like every rule, there are exceptions, but more often they are a liability on an actual battlefield when competing with men.

27 years in the Marines, including 17 months in direct combat. Women should NEVER be anywhere near combat and NEVER in positions to command men.

Apples and oranges. Nice enough and essential to life as we know it but utterly incompatible to the requirements of organized and efficient murder.

I'm an Aviation Ordnanceman. In addition to loading bombs and humping ammo, one of the most important jobs in the AO community is record-keeping; keeping track of ordering and filing expenditure reports, maintaining training records, etc. Administration work. In my experience, these tasks are almost always delegated to females in the ranks. They might not be so great at carrying a .50 cal on their shoulders up and down ladder wells but they can keep track of what got spent where, what needs to be ordered, and who's due for a physical.

Most everyone has a job for them. It's just a matter of finding it. (This being said, I've worked with some female AOs that could more than handle their own when it came to lifting bombs.)

Many jobs in the military can be performed by women just fine. Many job cannot.

Well, I remember hearing from guys in my squadron who were in the same bar as the remarkable woman who dropped the first ordnance on Iraq. Very nice. Then the esteemed warfighter jumped up on the bar and shouted, “Who wants to see the first female pilot to drop bombs on Iraq NAKED?!”

A guy couldn’t do that my friends.

My answer: Admin and medical support only.

Our USAF unit had women integrated in 1975. We were electro-mechanical teams (EMT) consisting of two airmen. We did ICBM maintenance in the Minuteman fields at Malmstrom AFB Montana.

Typically the work routinely involved moving multiple loads of up to 150 lbs vertically in the personnel access hatch (PAH) which was a 30 foot long and 30 inch wide access shaft and ladder combination. These loads were tools, fixtures and spares necessary to keep the missile launch facility (LF) operational.

Of the five women initially assigned, two immediately requested REMF jobs and never worked in the field. Both were single mothers and wanted to have more time with their kids. Two became pregnant by their team mates who deployed to the field with them and also later were assigned to shop jobs (scheduler and training coordinator) because of the pregnancies. One later requested a discharge.

The remaining woman was the smallest of the group, nudging 5'2 and weighing no more than 90 lbs. She actually held her own and did it very well. Obviously she needed help with heavier lifting but she never quit and never complained. She also eventually married her maintenance teammate but never had kids and stayed on the job.

We kept on getting ones and twos after each tech school class graduated (about 9 months) but they would soon disappear into wing jobs or other squadron duties.

It sounds to me like this guy has a chip on his shoulder. In my 18 years in the military, I have never run into those behaviors.

Most medical units do have a high number of women. That’s because medical personnel are not combatants.

Also, I do not think that the current fad with trying to get women into combat is going to last long. The fact is, even the strongest women are no match for most men.

More than once I have witnessed one man forced to do the work of three of his women counterparts because they simply didn’t have the strength, stamina,

When I was in the Air Force in the early 1970s we were notified that we were going to have 2 women in the shop. Everyone was excited/curious.

Mainly, it went OK but one day we sent one of them out to remove a fairly heavy unit (about 30 lbs.) from an aircraft but she came back without it. WTF we asked her. She said she unfastened it but it was too heavy for her to lift out of the cockpit, so we had to send one of the guys out to bring it back to the shop. Sorry liberals, but men and women are different.

Women are the last resort in any military, only for providing logistical support behind the lines when all able bodied male warriors have been exhausted. When you need someone to guard the home bases and factories because all the men have been sent to distant shores or the borders of your country to stave off or fight back an invasion.

Women create life, they are not supposed to take it away, and forcing them to do so is an abomination.

Hmm, still no females! I wonder why.
It is the Law

Virtually all male U.S. citizens, regardless of where they live, and male immigrants, whether documented or undocumented, residing in the United States, who are 18 through 25, are required to register with Selective Service.

The pros are in Nursing and clerical support , The negatives, beyond belief , are in combat. You cannot absorb the insanity of that under pressure,

Women in the military should be treated like men! So the next major beach invasion, send 6000 of them in to secure it. After the slaughter, no more women in the military.

Your mission is to do things that can and will kill other people

so imagine you are a Colonel reviewing this policy for a group of liberal Congressmen. What are you going to tell them? People getting killed because of social-engineering and politics is a matter for the future. Your career is on the line at this immediate moment. What do you think the majority of people in the position will say?
