Its no joke: Alec Baldwin at the last minute has dropped out of Todd Phillips The Joker movie at Warner Bros.
In an interview with USA Today just days after taking the supporting role, the 30 Rock actor cited scheduling conflicts.
Production begins September 10 for the DC title, and we hear that the talks went down to the five-yard line, given how close it is to cameras rolling. Warner Bros. had no comment. Baldwin was to play Thomas Wayne, Bruce Waynes father. Im sure there are 25 guys who can play that part, the actor told USA Today,
The Joker is set for release on October 4, 2019.

Ha!
“Guys! I wrote some extra dialogue!! Wouldn’t it be great if Bruce Wayne’s father started ranting about Donald Trump? Know what I mean? I have a whole speech right here! ... What? You’re not interested? ... Then I’m walking!!!! ... Really!!! ... Here I go! ... but ... you could stop me ... but I’m walking ... here I go ... not comin’ back ... I mean it ... and ... I guess ... I’m gone.”
The movie went from Will Never See to Might Never See.
I hear Kevin Spacey is not very busy and can fill in if needed.
Yeah, his parole officer wouldn't budge.
Put down that coffee! Coffee is for closers.
Hilarious, and I can believe it’s close to what happened!
Busy at what and can fill in where?

But they wanted an a$$hole to play the part and you’re the best.
Replace him with Charlie Sheen for the win!
It was on my never see list but now there is a chance I’ll see it.
Wrong? No. All films require at least a few laughs. It's entertainment for G*d's sake.
I was happy he died and he got knifed too in the Mission Impossible film. Did anyone else see someone insert a quarter in Tom Cruise’s back and afterward he was off and running just like in all his other films. Like a robot.
The film studio refused to let him beat anyone up while on the set.
I liked him in a lot of roles. He is a decent actor. Red October was a ver y good movie.
I just cannot stand his personal stunts and the Trump stuff on SNL is just stale and unfunny.
They still need to get rid of deniro and that other jerk or the box office receipts are doomed..
Man... how many batman-joker movies do we need?
