So, I repeat, how did the WV Supreme Court issue a ruling when it is all resigned or in recess pending impeachment?

WV Supreme Court has a Clerk, I’m sure. Or, we could go with the people who canned them all can just make an announcement. Seems the Court was on recess anyway, just a matter of moving the calendar around.

To my knowledge, which is admittedly minimal, by definition, it is “in recess” so they are not issuing any rulings. No rulings until new judges elected in special election mentioned in previous post, if I read it right.

Perhaps we have someone from WV here who can enlighten all of us!
