Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility - a secure room. Gov. Facilities have such rooms as fixtures, of course. Various rooms in WH such as PaeaoC are SCIF. There is also ability to retrofit or supplement an existing facility such as what happened at Trump Tower after election, before Rogers came to fill Trump in. There is a photo above that might be such a situational SCIF. In these new drops “Q” alludes to a bunch of hotel rooms with one at the center being hardened as a SCIF where BILL could meet with other cabal members at no name funeral to discuss ongoing events ;)
