Ohr indicated in his testimony (per leaked tweets from CongressAnon if true) that one of the judges was in on the conspiracy followed by Dems objecting. But the FISA re-apps were also rubber-stamped then with no hearings where the requirement of FISC is NEW and compelling information to continue the search warrant.
