anon says:
>Huber jurisdiction?
Let me elaborate.
The first step in many lawsuits is an attempt to defend the suit by asserting that the court doesn’t have “jurisdiction”, in other words that the suit was brought in the wrong court or that the court lacks authority over the subject matter alleged in the suit.
If the NSA data all passes through or terminates in Utah, a solid argument can be made that the Federal court in Utah is the proper jurisdiction to try the case.
We’ve known this for awhile now. But then again we are FReepers and now FreeQ’s!

Snowden pointed to government reports showing the NSA has not been able to stop any terrorist attacks and said mass collection of information is most useful for economic espionage, social control and diplomatic strategy.
an anon asks "Snow White?"
Right. Hence, Huber.
Former Manafort associate, Samuel Patten, charged with failing to register as a foreign agent. The case was referred by Mueller today.
Is this the explosive story Chuck Todd referenced? BAHAHHAAAAA!
Bring it Q!
And then we will know that Q is a LARP.
“secretive war game”
I think perhaps that this is not a game.
YES THAT IS A PARODY SITE
See https://gov1.info/
Not sure what is going on here
WOW! KEK! Wonder why Q posted the link to it?
That case is another to have been REFERRED by the Mule - I keep wondering if these are probes to other DS ops in D-J ala handoff of Cohen to SDNY. This case comes across as a give-me and another example of FARA being applied selectively with partisanship. I share your scoffing - I’m sure Sleepy Chuck Todd will be all over it though, a real bombshell for the DS.
Q
Now, now. Don’t go putting specific attributions in my broad-brush statements.
I said McNoName...not No-Doll-I
:: Ask them where they went to high school. ::
And you can bet they will reply with your cross-town rival, specifically mentioning the school nickname.
