An email will come to that email account. Click the link to verify.
You will be sent to a Set Password page.
Log in with the new password.
When you are logged in, go to this link: https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/protect-free-speech-digital-public-square-0
Sign the petition.
When you sign, a final email will be sent to your email account to verify your signature. Click that and you are done.
This seems like stepping on a rake, as in not a good idea.
