It seems that every time there is one of these False Flag shooting events, there was “coincidentally” an active shooter drill being conducted at the same time or just before it.
A drill gives an excuse to put law enforcement in the area. My opinion: This allows the Deep State to direct and control it. Maybe even to do some or all of the shooting.
If there are lots of cops in the area, people would question the reason. Why are they here? Oh, a drill? Well that explains it.
And if there were just a few dirty cops who did the shooting, they might be noticed, but if there is a big swarm of cops, then it’s hard to pick out who was responsible. They all look alike in uniform. Also, it gives the dirty cops cover for any shooting they might have been doing. How come that cop was firing on the crowd? Oh you must be mistaken - he was returning fire and trying to take down the perp. Or fog of war. Or whatever.
Lots of cover for lots of dirt.
Makes you want to find out where the active shooter drills are going to be and stay away from them. They were just talking on the radio about Cy-Fair High School making them use the clear backpacks, and how all the teachers had had to go through active shooter drills and I was like, look out.
At the Boston Marathon they had a large 'police' presence along with bomb sniffing dogs and blackwater types. It supposedly was a training session.

I was in Paris during the November 2015 terrorist attacks, very very very very close to the massacres, and let me tell you, the entire day, sirens, ambulances, gendarmes. So when at 9:30pm I am out walking alone in the city, more sirens, nothing seems different from earlier. But it was. I found out weeks later after feverishly researching the events (PTSD somewhat) that indeed the emergency services/army/flics/whoever, were conducting drills for multiple simultaneous terrorist attacks, including one at a soccer match and one at a indoor music venue.
You are spot on. I suppose there will be chatter overheard by intelligence agencies and drills to prepare for such, but now I look at things with an entirely different viewpoint.
These people are sick.
