I’m against communism, but not really sure that Putin/Russia is communist any more.
The biggest danger to improved relations with Russia is the DS. They will try to spin any Trump progress as “collusion”.

Also we shouldn’t forget that the deep state tentacles exist in ALL nations and there are undoubtedly factions in Russia that want to push them closer and closer to the brink, just as ours would like to do to us.
