Todays revisions and additions:
- FISA: (#436, #541, #553, #570, #643, #1686, #1707, #1745, #1746, #1753, #1828, #1829, #1910, #1927, #1928, #1937, #1943, #1944, #1973) The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 is a United States federal law which establishes procedures for the physical and electronic surveillance and collection of "foreign intelligence information" between "foreign powers" and "agents of foreign powers" suspected of espionage or terrorism. The Act created the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to oversee requests for surveillance warrants by federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies. The FISA law was slightly modified to incorporate such innovations as the Internet after the 9-11 terrorist attacks of 2001 created a need for greater cooperation between law enforcement agencies and the Department of Homeland Security was created. (See FISC).
- FISC: (#1910, #1943, #1973, #1973) The Foreign Intelligence Surveillane Court (FISC) approves the surveillance of persons, including U.S. citizens, within the borders of the United States and its territories and protectorates. Judges serve on the FISC on a rotating basis and must hold a high security clearance. The court was created in 1978 by the passage of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. (See FISA).
- Hassan Rouhani: (#1942, #1947) Hassan Rouhani is an Iranian politician serving as the current and seventh President of Iran since 3 August 2013. He was also a lawyer, academic, former diplomat and Islamic cleric. He has been a member of Iran's Assembly of Experts since 1999, member of the Expediency Council since 1991, and a member of the Supreme National Security Council since 1989. Q linked a Reuters article relating how on August 27, 2018 the Iranian parliament sanctioned Rouhani, rejecting his assurances that his promised economic turn-around would be still forthcoming. The parliament had two days before fired Rouhanis minister of economy and finance and weeks after they sacked the labour minister, blaming them for the collapse of the rial currency and surging inflation. Q is hinting a major event is going to occur in Iran soon. (See Iran).
- INSCOM: (#1910, #1943, #1944) Established in 1977, INSCOM is the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command is a direct reporting unit that conducts intelligence, security, and information operations for U.S. Army commanders and national decision makers. INSCOM is headquartered at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. INSCOM is an organization within both the United States Army and the National Security Agency, the United States's unified signals intelligence organization. Within the NSA, INSCOM and its counterparts in the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force and Marine Corps Intelligence, are known as Central Security Service. (See NSA).
- Iran: (#39, #50, #194, #195, #199, #237, #247, #299, #430, #437, #438, #570, #751, #786, #890, #947, #964, #1146, #1241, #1245, #1255, #1256, #1265, #1266, #1306, #1307, #1320, #1345, #1346, #1347, #1348, #1359, #1451, #1454, #1571, #1604, #1744, #1942, #1947) Iran, officially the Islamic Republic of Iran, it is a country in Western Asia. With over 81 million inhabitants, Iran is the world's 18th-most-populous country. it is the second-largest country in the Middle East and the 17th-largest in the world. Iran is bordered to the northwest by Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, to the north by the Caspian Sea, to the northeast by Turkmenistan, to the east by Afghanistan and Pakistan, to the south by the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman, and to the west by Turkey and Iraq. The country's central location in Eurasia and Western Asia, and its proximity to the Strait of Hormuz, give it geostrategic importance. Tehran is the country's capital and largest city, as well as its leading economic and cultural center. On 4 November 1979, a group of Muslim students seized the United States Embassy and took the embassy with 52 personnel and citizens hostage,[166] after the United States refused to return Mohammad Reza Pahlavi to Iran to face trial in the court of the new regime and all but certain execution. Since 2013, Irans president has been Hassan Rouhani. Who ran on a platform of economic reforms. Currently, he has lost a vote in the parliament and unrest among young people is rising. Q says some major events are rising in Iran. (See Hassan Rouhani).
- Iron Eagle: (#128, #140, #142, #144, #158, #520, #679, #1245, #1254, #1848, #1951, #1952) Iron Eagle could be referring to several things. In fact, Q states there can be double meanings.
- Most instances of the usage of Iron Eagle are with other movie references. Iron Eagle is an 1886 movie staring Lou Gossett Jr. about a retired Air Force Colonel and an 18 year old, played by Jason Gedrick, whose father has been shot down in the fictitious Middle Eastern nation of Bilya and sentenced to death for the crime of being American. The US is politically neutered into doing nothing so the two independently borrow two F-16 fighter jets in California, and somehow maneuver things to get the jets to the Middle East to fly a rescue mission for the young mans father. Movie/TV theme running through Q drops indicates areas toward which Anons and FreeQs should be directing their attentions. Perhaps in this case an analogy of the people doing what governments cannot do. However, the point may be just a marker for The Middle East. (See Alice in Wonderland, Jason Bourne, Godfather III, The Hunt for Red October, Movie/TV Theme, Snow White, Speed, and Wizards & Warlocks).
- In Q Drop #1951, along a discussion from Q about the possible continued existence WWII Naziism, and with the comment Double meanings exist. Q posted the following image in response to an Anons query of
and Iron Eagle??????

(See Antifa, NWO, SIS).
- Joint Plan of Action: (#1947) On 24 November 2013, the Joint Plan of Action, also known as the Geneva Interim Agreement on The Iranian Nuclear Program, was a pact signed between Iran (Irans representatives never signed anythingSwordmaker) and the P5+1 countries in Geneva, Switzerland. It consists of a short-term freeze of portions of Iran's nuclear program in exchange for decreased economic sanctions on Iran, as the countries work towards a long-term agreement. It represented the first formal agreement between the United States and Iran in 34 years. Implementation of the agreement began 20 January 2014. This lead to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action also called the Iran Nuclear Deal. . . which also was not signed by Iranian representatives. . . ending sanctions against Iran. (See Iran, U1).
- Jonathan Moffa: (#1941) Jonathan Moffa is an FBI intelligence analyst who testified behind closed doors before the House Judiciary and Oversight committees on August 24, 2018, about the FBI would leak information to the media about details of ongoing cases where they intended to seek Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants and then use the subsequent articles written due to the leaks as confirmational independent evidence to give their FISA warrant applications greater veritas before the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC). Moffas testimony was hinted at anonymously by Representative Mark Meadows (R) N.C., in a Tweet, confirming the clues of how the FusionGPS Steele Trump/Russia Dossier was leaked prior to the FBI using it and several news articles using supposed items that only existed in the dossier as factual back up in the warrant application to the FISC. (See Christopher Steele, Steele Dossier, FBI, FusionGPS, Mark Meadows).
- Mark Meadows: (#1703, #1717, #1937, #1941) Fox News article claimed Moffa did not say what Meadows says he said. This Meadows Tweet seems to confirm the narrative of the leaks on the FusionGPS Steele Trump/Russia Dossier prior to the FISA warrant application which used those very articles citing things only found in the dossier as independent confirmative evidence for its veritas. (See Christopher Steele, Steele Dossier, FBI, FusionGPS, Jonathan Moffa).
- Payseur: (#1969) Q posts an Anons query about Patseur being the mysterious P at the top of everything, but does not comment. Some Anons take this as an affirmative otherwise Q would not have posted it. More coverage later.
- Richard: (#1959) Pichard Pollack the Senior Investigative Reporter at The Daily Caller News Foundation who uncovered the fact that it was the Chinese who breeched Hillary Clintons private email server she used when she was Secretary of State instead of the secure Department of State servers. Q goes further to state that the Chinese did not hack there way in but were granted access in exchange for cash donations to the Clinton Foundation. Access was managed by Crowdstrike. Pollock has been a Investigative reporter for the Washington Examiner, Bureau Chief for PJ media, a Senior Producer at Fox News, and a producer for ABCs Good Morning America. (See James Comey, CF, Crowdstrike, FBI, HRC, Peter Strzok).
- SKIF OR SKI(f): (#1910, #1943, #1944) A Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) a room, an area, or even a building in which classified information can be freely examined, discussed, or stored which can be only access by persons with the appropriate security clearances for the materials in the SCIF. Persons without proper clearances may be allowed in only under strict supervision and items they are not permitted to observe are out of sight. it is illegal to bring any recording device, camera, cellular phone, etc., into a SKIF facility. Some limit even notepads, pencils, or any other such note taking methods. SKIFs do not permit external connections. It is usually a felony to bring any such devices into a federal SCIF. There are commercial SKIF facilities as well as governmental. All of the activity and conversation inside a SKIF is presumed restricted from public disclosure. (See Omarosa Manigault-Newman, SIT ROOM).
- SIT ROOM: (#1943, #1944) The SIT ROOM is Military OP speak fo the White House Situation Room where important crisis events and meetings can be discussed in secrecy. The room itself is a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), a room, an area, or even a building in which it is illegal to bring in any recording device, camera, cellular phone, etc., or sometimes even notepads, and no insecure external connection to the outside is permitted. It is usually a felony to bring any such devices into a federal SCIF. All of the activity and conversation inside is presumed restricted from public disclosure.(See Omarosa Manigault-Newman, SCIF).
Revisions and Additions made In the Last LexiQon Update:
- Adam Lovinger: (#1933) investigative journalist Sara Carters website, in 2016, Halper was an integral part of the FBIs investigation into short-term Trump campaign volunteer, Carter Page. Halper first made contact with Page at his seminar in July 2016. Page, who was already on the FBIs radar, was accused of being sympathetic to Russia and sought better relations between the U.S. and Russian officials. Halper stayed in contact with Page until September 2017. During that time, the FBI sought and obtained a warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) to spy on Page and used Halper to collect information on him. According to the article and Q, Lovingers exposé helped
raise troubling questions about Halper, who was believed to have worked with the CIA and part of the matrix of players in the bureaus CrossFire Hurricane investigation into Trumps 2016 presidential campaign. Halper, who assisted the FBI in the Russia investigation, appears to also have significant ties to the Russian government, as well as sources connected directly to President Vladimir Putin." This is, of course, the infamous surveillance warrant that allowed the government to surveil any concatenation of contacts from Carter Page all the way through the Trump Campaign and later the Trump presidential transition team, and later yet the Trump Administration. It led to the illegal unmasking of many American Persons and eventually General Michael Flynns conviction for lying to the FBI for telling the FBI something different than an unmasked phone tapped conversation had overheard. (See Crossfire Hurricane, Steele Dossier Dossier, General Michael Flynn, Sara Carter, Stefan Halper).
- Flynn: (#14) General Michael Flynn, fired National Security Advisor for Trump, ex-Director US Defense Intelligence Agency (Good Guy) Flynn has been indicted and now pleaded guilty to a charge of lying to the FBI even though the FBI agents who interviewed him testified before Congress that they did not think Flynn was being deceptive in any way. Flynn defended himself until he had exhausted all of his assets and was close to bankruptcy. He only capitulated when Special Counsel Mueller's team threatened to go after his son and other family members, at which time Flynn agreed to plead to these bogus charges. (See Adam Lovinger, DIA, Flynn Jr., Mueller).
- Game(s): Q makes reference to games in various Drops throughout the Q Drops.
- Game Theory:(#60, #97, #1789 X 2) Q speaks of Game Theory four times in the drops. Game theory is the study of human conflict and cooperation within a competitive situation. In some respects, game theory is the science of strategy, or at least the optimal decision-making of independent and competing actors in a strategic setting. (Thanks to FreeQ spokeshave2).
- Game:The usage of game appears in general contexts other than the specified ones following this list of drops: (#52, #351, #355, #417, #467, #569, #572, #586, #632, #710, #714, #726, #771, #884, #885, #969, #1279, #1602, #1911).
- Game of Chess: (#351, #355, #366, #520, #523, #531, #958, #569, #959, #1275) Including Learn Chess, 4-D Chess, How about a nice game of chess? in a reference to the movie War Games, Checkmate, and Chessboard, Originally thought to have been a reference to a 1918 game between Jose Raul Capablanca v. Frank James Marshall. Further research has shown that was not the game Q is referencing because it did not include the necessary Queen sacrifice. The game Q is apparently directing us to examine is actually possibly the most famous chess game in history between Stepan Levitsky and Frank James Marshall, which was played in 1912 in Wrocław (then Breslau), Poland. The game, which seemed irretrievably lost, was won by Marshall with a move that included an unexpected and amazing Queen sacrifice:

American Beauty: Stepan Levitsky vs Frank James Marshall 1912.
You can see a play-by-play with commentary of the game on Youtube. The 23rd Move was Black Q > G3, In Q Drop #1418, Q purposefully exposed Qs passcode to 8Chan as being NowC@mesTHEP@in-23 (Now Comes THE Pain23). Trump has also been using the number 23 frequently in speeches, for example inviting 23 organizations in a Global initiative after Helsinki. (Thanks to FreeQ rodguy911 for a link to a Reddit users work). (See -23). - This global game of RISK: (#58, #151) Q only lists two players in the global game of RISK (note that both times it is in all caps), the first mention is SA, or Saudi Arabia, and the second mention is the U.S. Military. (Thanks to LexiQon editor TexOkie). (See SA, U.S. Military).
- This is not a game: (#145, #146, #287, #475, #597, #723, #798, #832, #885, #1295, #1330, #1343, #1371, #1476, #1494, #1721, #1746, #1758, #1800) The phrase This is not a game is such an important meme in the Q drops that Q repeats it twenty-two times. (Thanks to LexiQon editor TexOkie).
- JB: (#556) John Brennan, ex-Director of the CIA, now a news analyst for MSNBC, who rails against President Trump and his policies. President Trump cancelled Brennan's security clearances in mid August of 2018. Brennan threatened to sue, claiming to have some right to a courtesy security clearance. (See Adam Lovinger, CIA, Christopher Steele, Steele Dossier, Stefan Halper).
- Sara: (#283, #1933) Fox News reporter and one of the last independent investigative journalist Sara Carter. (See Stefan Halper).
