Could somebody explain exactly what is meant by the “As a woman” part? How does that change the meaning of the sentence? if you left it out, would the sentence mean something else?

Could somebody explain exactly what is meant by the “As a woman” part? She's claiming instant Victim Status. That means you are not allowed to disagree with the rest of her statement. She wins the entire argument in the first three words.
