What sentence would the men have received if they had been convicted based on her false testimony? That’s the sentence she deserves.

Thats the sentence she deserves.Well, maybe. But they are misdemeanors. I think a felony would be more appropriate, but maybe that was the plea deal she made to avoid a felony.

What sentence would the men have received if they had been convicted based on her false testimony? Thats the sentence she deserves. Why, I do believe they'd be sentenced to the general population in a *men's* prison...

What sentence would the men have received if they had been convicted based on her false testimony? Last time I checked, the average sentence for a rape conviction was about eight years, with actual time served about five years.
False accusation of rape is not taken seriously by prosecutors in America. In this case, the sentence was only one year for two false rape accusations.

Deuteronomy 19:
18 And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother;
19 Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.

True. Justice really indicates she should get the same sentence the guys she perjured about would have gotten.
Perjury that could put an innocent person in jail is a detestable crime.
