A couple of years ago I wildly speculated about this. A year ago I thought there might be some truth to it. Now I'm about 90% certain that it is true:
Hillary Clinton and her cronies have never faced any legal repercussions for this disaster because the Clinton Foundation was set up as a CIA front.
